VoIPShop's receptionist handset section bundles VoIP handsets with IP Expansion Consoles together to allow office receptionist to monitor extra extensions to know when to tranfer calls to extensions within the office, at multiple external offices, and to remote workers.

Some bundles include headsets and headset handset lifters to allow mobility for receptionists. Receptionists can move to the photocopier or fax, make a cup of coffee or answer the door while still on the phone, or answering calls.
